Federal Judge wants Trump Admin to restart the whole DACA.....including starting to admit new applicants....Why does the President of the United States have to listen some activist judge???Who the hell is a President???

This judge is not even asking ,he is ordering like he is some fricking boss!!!!...What would happen if President Trump would not listen???....Somebody explain it to me,please....Who is in charge??/

Federal judges can stay the execution of a P**********l order until the Supreme Court makes the final decision. That is a governmental safety precaution to prevent irreversible damage that might be caused by an order if it went into immediate effect and turned out to be illegal.

The fact is that the DACA is illegal. A President does not have the authority to create law. Obama created DACA without the Congress so the program is as the Trump Admin. claims, illegal. It will now go to the Supreme Court and the court will rule that the DACA was illegal and Trump can eliminate it.
