Embarking on a new adventure.....
Your first choice is a good one. Keep it up. Don't say, "I don't feel like it today. I'll go tomorrow."
Set A Goal and Stick With It.
Eat and drink organic.
Buy a juicer and you will love it.
I juice fruits and vegetables daily.
Carrots make great juice.
I juice celery, spinach and honey crisp apples together and it's not only delicious but highly therapeutic.
Try juicing sweet potatoes with apples and add one beet and one red pepper.
The stuff will make you feel ten years younger.
And my favorite is organic watermelon juiced with strawberries.
I'm hooked on the stuff.
Take it slow. Start with range of motion and stretching.
Try not to do too much too soon. Do not get discouraged when you hit points when you think progress has stopped. Keep going and you will see more results.
It would depend on why the last couple of years have been difficult. If it is for physical reasons then exercise and a good diet should help. If it has been tough for other reasons, I would suggest you look into them.

If you're looking to tone up, fewer weights and more reps, walking has never hurt anyone except for blisters, you are what you eat, don't stop once you start, make it a special time for your well being, just play like you are a kid again, skate, skip rope, ride your bike, explore and have fun.
Focus on cardio and stretching at first until the ol bod gets used to the idea of activity again. Wolf’s juicing idea is also a perfect way to get the system ready to work
pr
as a lifelong gym rat I have this suggestion
get a personal trainer to start with
he or she can get you going in a routine that fits you
don't expect overnight results and get dejected and quit\
stay with your routines and you will persevere
wishing you lotsa luck
I would make it every other day with a walk on the off days. Also limit your regime in the beginning, work your way up. Get some ear buds. Mike
