Just because you are a liberal, you could exaggerate events happening. No such thing as $4 dollar reduction on minimum wages. Your union will not allow that. Neither government policies does not allow that. Either you are lying or not
.
Don't fool me. I have audited and reviewed all kinds of financial reports of businesses as well as the government system. Reduction of $4 dollars per hour minimum wage is not only illegal but morally wrong. If the set up minimum is $9/hr, and $4 was taken that is illegal.
Most companies don't only maintain and keep their workers but take care of those most productive ones. To maintain loyalty is to give them incentives of good benefits and salaries commensurate to their jobs. That is how most business operates.
Working wage? Wages are given to workers according to their abilities to produce. What about Obama's wage? Did you not complain about that? Why they preferred to be handouts instead. Under Obama 46 million households on Food Stamps. Fifty-one percent of households did not pay income tax.
Do you know the effect of higher wages and operating cost for businesses? Higher wages creates inflation. This is because wages increase operating costs of running a business results to negative negative effects.
When operating costs go up, business could not continue an on going business operation.
Their options are two. To close the business that would lay off those workers, or to to raise price of their products or services in order that business could continue to survive.
They chose raising prices thus inflation is affected. That is why you continue complaining that the wages of the people could not sustain them due to higher price of goods they buy.
That is what happened. The negative effects of higher wage demand is recycled to higher price of goods and services.
E,g, In Seattle, WA with the help of their liberal-socialist representative, they have demanded for a $15 minimum wages. Business could not survive, thus many small businesses left Seattle and moved to nearby cities. Few were left but they had to increase their prices for their business to survive.
Now the wage earners in Seattle still demand that the minimum wage be increased to $17/hour. That is because when the workers demanded high minimum at $15, prices of services and commodities also increased, like housing. Housing in Seattle is now very expensive, and even rental apartments. These workers who used to afford at minimum of $9/hr now could not afford to rent in Seattle even when their minimum has increased to $15 or $17/hr.
Thus they live further, but the effects are all negative. They spend time to travel, plus the maintenance costs and gas for their cars.
No positive effects of asking for higher wages. The effects are worst.
