I watched Tucker last night and his interview with Trump was unbelievably enlightening.
Our news pundits and congressional leaders and all those who came down on a Trump like a ton of bricks should go back to school and learn the basic rules of English grammar. One does not use two negatives in one sentence. It reminded me of “is”. Clinton! The media are behaving like Clinton/Obama clones. And also the senators and representatives. They need to think before they speak. They are behaving like desperate animals. The word would worked perfectly well. And no we are not best friends forever with Russia. Never have been, never will be. But we don’t want our President to stand on the world stage and behave like a deranged nutcase. We also don’t desire a war with the Russians or anyone else. He mentioned Montenegro and I was impressed. I know first hand what’s going on and how strong the Montenegrans are. He didn’t offer to get involved there and we shouldn’t be in Afghanistan or Iraq. We have problems enough here with our own citizens and all these darned immigrants, Muslims and Mexicans.

It makes perfect sense to me that the President would rather be talking to another world leader, rather than provoking him. Two leaders of two countries that have the ability to nuke each other are talking to each other instead of provoking each other....isn't this a good thing? Would the left rather have Russia shooting at us?? Sometimes I wonder if that's what they want just so they can say Trump caused a war.

We can only hope your post enlightened many progressives but I believe they are so set against Trump and the Republicans that they will not even believe what has been said. Instead they continue to bloviate about what they think they hear, not what is actually said or suggested.
