The shear insanity of removing law enforcement protection at the southern border and across the country has been a hypocritical talking point that Democrats have engaged in with the biased mainstream media. But McCarthy’s call to show their cards has liberals backpedaling.

With McCarthy reportedly moving to open floor debate and have a v**e on the Abolish ICE bill before the August break, the same cast of liberal characters apparently don’t want a v**e.

Rep. Pocan has now gone on the record saying that McCarthy’s helping the legislative process unfold to a conclusion is a “political stunt” by Republicans. That statement has even the far left scratching its collective head. But Pocan’s other statements clearly show that the Abolish ICE legislation was not filed in good faith.

“If Paul [Ryan] really wants to give us time, we would love to have time on the floor,” Pocan reportedly said. “We’ll be glad to capture floor time to talk about family separation, to talk about ICE, to talk about DACA, all the stuff that they haven’t given us floor time on.”

Contrary to Pocan’s statement, America looked on as numerous immigration bills backed by Republicans and Pres. Donald J. Trump were v**ed on that would have provided a pathway to citizenship for upwards of 1.8 million so-called Dreamers. Democrats v**ed against every one of them.
