There is no part of this law that should have been approved. It is discrimination.... pure and simple. It is an insult to minorities.... what it says, they can not measure up unless the cards are stacked in their favor.

I'm a b***k A******n who abhors affirmative action. All successes should be from hard work, blood, sweat and tears. Not race. Everyone should be able get into top universities, etc, because it was earned. It is better appreciated than what is simply given. I worked my butt off working a full time job while training in a full time accelerated RN program while raising a teenager alone. It was damn hard working doubles and 12 hour shifts, going to class and clinicals during training. Just as I was about to crack wide open I graduated, took and passed my boards and bought a brand new car for my trouble.

I am glad to see that you are a b***k A******n that makes me proud as we are all Americans. I don't like the term African American or Hispanic American When we fought WWI and WWII we were all Americans and that was all. This political correctness BS should end and it should end soon.
For wh**ever reason affirmative action ever began and for wh**ever results were positive, it served its purpose long long ago and should be ended. I highly duslike affirmative action just as I highly dislike our legal system using the "h**e crime" label to give a harsher punishment when the crime involves certain peoples deemed more important. I don't care if the murdered person is black or Muslim, etc, that life is no more important than an Asian or white life.
