This is a great analogy!

Like any citizens, I've wondered and tried hard to understand why Trump has such a remarkable following. (It's obvious why he probably should not!) Then a friend sent me this raccoon story. It makes no difference about your political leanings, this is just a good explanation of WHY... (or it's as good as any I can come up with).
If you really want to know how the majority of people feel? And this applies to both democrats and republicans, read below, it says it all.

You've been on vacation for two weeks, you come home, and your basement is infested with raccoons. Hundreds of rabid, messy, mean raccoons have overtaken your basement. You want them gone immediately. You call the city, 4 different exterminators, but nobody can handle the job. But there is this one guy and he guarantees you to get rid of them, so you hire him. You don't care if the guy smells, you don't care if the guy swears, you don't care if he's an alcoholic, you don't care how many times he's been married, you don't care if he v**ed for Obama, you don't care if he has a plumber's crack, you simply want those raccoons gone! You want your problem fixed! He's the guy. He's the best. Period!

Here's why we want Trump, yes he's a bit of an ass, yes he's an egomaniac, but we don't care. The country is a mess because politicians suck, the Republicans and Democrats can be two-faced & gutless, and i******s are everywhere. We want it all fixed! We don't care that Trump is crude, we don't care that he insults people, we don't care that he once was friendly with Hillary, we don't care that he has changed positions, we don't care that he's been married 3 times, we don't care that he fights with Megyn Kelly and Rosie O'Donnell, we don't care that he doesn't know the name of some Muslim terrorist.
This country is weak, bankrupt, our enemies are making fun of us, we are being invaded by i******s, we are becoming a nation of victims where every Tom, Ricardo, and Hasid is a special group with special rights to a point where we don't even recognize the country we were born and raised in; "AND WE JUST WANT IT FIXED" and Trump is the only guy who seems to understand what the people want.

We're s**k of politicians, s**k of the Democratic Party, Republican Party, and s**k of i******s. We just want this thing fixed.Trump may not be a saint, but he doesn't have lobbyist money holding him, he doesn't have political correctness restraining him, all you know is that he has been very successful, a good negotiator, he has built a lot of things, and he's also not a politician. And he says he'll fix it.

And,we believe him because he is too much of an egotist to be proven wrong or looked at and called a liar. Also, we don't care if the guy has bad hair. We just want those raccoons gone, out of our house, NOW.

You are welcome to pass this on. I feel this is why thousands of people who haven't v**ed in 25 years are getting involved. The guy is no dummy. He’s a red blooded American. And against truly unbelievable resistance from the entrenched political Establishment, the Mass Media, the do-gooder, Socialist Progressives, and the fat cat bunch that have been lining their pockets for years with our tax money under the guise of Political Correctness ...he’s worked hard as hell to accomplish exactly what he said he would do, and getting it done. Progress. Something new for Washington, DC.

We had the share button at the top of the page but some left sided POS probably complained about it and it was removed. We were notified that we now had the share button but no notification that it was taken away.

The t***h is that, for those of us wanting the raccoons OUT, a saint is useless to us and so is just another politician wanting his/her piece of the power pie. There is a lot about Trumps actions I don't like and I feel this way during the e******n. But there was no doubt that, for those of us greatly fearing for our nation's future, Trump was the only possible choice. Yes, when he met with NATO the other day, sure, he could have been smoother in his comments, but the t***h is all those nations are guilty and needed to hear the t***h in blatant plain words that they are guilty and the USA is through footing the bill for THEIR protection instead of our own. So, maybe like many people on FB think that he came along at this time for a reason. I hope so, but am constantly amazed that he keeps putting himself out there, when he is twarted at every turn by Congress, our courts/judges/legal system. I am glad he told the NATO nations to put up or say goodbye to the USA. The U.N. needs more of that very thing.

That would be a small start in the right direction.
I would prefer moving the UN off of our soil.
It is no more than a cash cow for the Bankers that had it created.
Rockefeller even donated the land the UN building sits on in New York.
I wonder how many spies come in and out of that building?
