Sebelius: Implementing Obamacare more difficult that we anticipated

Poor old lady. She was appointed to her job at HHS by Obama so she could use her expertise concerning insurance to help institute the newly passed law and is finding it harder than she thought it would be. She is bad mouthing Republican governors and legislatures because they don't like what they are learning about it. They don't, in many cases, even work on those state supposedly helpful groups to make it easier for the citizens. They refuse to do so many of the things that Obamacare calls for and she is finding it hard to do anything other than write regulations about Obamacare, in getting read for it to go into effect. They, HHS bureaucrats, have only written 15,000 pages of regs to get the 2700 pages of Obamacare into effect.
