It's unfortunate that race hustlers like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, along with many officials elected purely on race hustling issues continue to benefit by keeping the bulk of African-Americans on the ideological plantation.

Meanwhile, as one who was raised in a black neighborhood in the '50's I saw the deterioration of black culture and society from one of valuing education and work to one of dependency and dysfunction.

People who benefit by the pain and misery of others are despicable.

Nothing has changed. Before the civil war, Most of the s***es were treated humanely and therefore the s***e holders had very little trouble because the s***es had a place to live and enough food to feed their families. Sounds like the system we have today. Many w****s and other races are satisfied with the freebees handed out from the feds. They can sit on their cans, watch TV and do as little work as possible, so they v**e for the freebees and continue their ens***ement to the government

Your right, but to a point. What the Democratic Party has done is to create both a sense of entitlement and resentment in the African-American community. They are told that r****m holds them back, that they are de facto less capable, but are therefore entitled to the fruits of an economy they cannot otherwise compete in. This is false on many levels, but a very effective tool in keeping them on dependent and reliable.

You are right Dave, I just wanted to avoid the r****m so prevalent in the democratic party.
