B****s in general are 14% of the population. The fact is that most of these crimes are committed by black males between the ages of 15 and 30, according to FBI Uniform Crime Report. According to the US Census, black males of this age group are around 4% of the population. Oddly enough black males who live in small towns seem no more likely than anyone else to commit violent crimes. It's this age group in urban areas.
