There is a legitimate concern on the right with regard to the integrity of the v**e and the potential for v***r f***d to unduly swing close e******ns, a concern that the left flat out dismisses and refuses to even acknowledge as having any basis in reality.

Thus, it was rather ironic to see a Democrat candidate sue another Democrat candidate over allegations of v***r f***d that resulted in a district judge invalidating their local e******n because of fraudulent v**es cast by individuals who lived outside the v****g precinct.

According to Breitbart, the e******n in question was that of a May 22 Democrat primary runoff for the Kleberg County Precinct 4 Justice of the Peace, a race initially won by incumbent JP Esequiel “Cheque” De La Paz by a margin of only seven v**es over challenger Ofelia “Ofie” Gutierrez.

V***r F***d Lawsuit
Gutierrez initially called for a recount following the e******n which closed the v**e margin from seven to six — 318-312 — but remained unsatisfied by that result and filed a lawsuit on June 8 against De La Paz alleging v***r f***d, specifically that relatives of De La Paz who lived outside of the precinct had nevertheless registered and v**ed on behalf of their family member.

The Kingsville Record reported that visiting District Judge Joel Johnson presided over a two-day hearing on the matter in the 105th District Court and ultimately ruled that at least seven v**es had been cast fraudulently, thus invalidating the results of the e******n.

Frank Alvarez, attorney for Gutierrez, charged that at least five adults who were in some way related to De La Paz had registered to v**e using his own address as their own. Those individuals included two of his daughters and one of those daughter’s boyfriends, as well as a granddaughter and her own boyfriend.

There is great fraud in Southern California. Undocumented immigrants have signed up for, and received, as many as 17 drivers licenses for one immigrant. For each driver's license that immigrant can receive food stamps, health care, and will receive and application to v**e. My son died because emergency health care [MediCal] was going to the undocumented and apparently Mexican Nations who had priority over California residents.
