It's not about dominance, it's about the rule of law.

Look, we both have to admit that there are two interpretations of the Constitution out there. You like yours and I like mine. The Court is simply another political body now, with its own set of Democrats and Republicans. If there is one rule of law, why do these brilliant people divide 5-4 on every important issue?

Born to RIG the numbers is now depending upon the own fantasies, to predict that Democrats will somehow gain a majority in the Senate.

23 Democratic seats are on the b****t, while only 8 Republican seats are.

In this case because 4 ignored the Constitution.

There is no constitutional justification for forcing a private citizen to pay dues to any union (And therefore contribute to the Democrat Party) against his will.

None whatsoever. This isn't even close. 4 justices put politics over honor and decency.

Similarly in other cases.

Yes but there are 7 toss-up races that will decide it all. If the Dems sweep them -- unlikely, but they surely could -- they take over the Senate. And I never, ever rig numbers. No fun that way. Numbers are objective.

Of course that is your view. Of course I disagree. You don't seem to get it. We live in parallel universes, and believe we are both right.

I did not suggest that YOU rig those numbers, only that they are r****d.
As for those so called 7 toss-up races, Demorats could also LOSE all 7, and more, again, not likely but possible.

You are correct on the 7 races -- they could literally go either way. But no, those numbers are no r****d. The Russians don't rig polls. They just focus on stealing e******ns for their candidate. They are good at it! And the Executive Branch of our U.S. government does not care.
