Hadn't thought about Kennedy making such a suggestion, make sense though.
Kennedy surely has a copy of President Trumps "List of 25", to consider.
Wouldn't a public endorsement by Kennedy grease the skids for any potential nominee?

Mitch McConnell is saying they won't be able to confirm a new Judge until after the e******ns because of protocol - a Supreme Court Justice should not be appointed during an e******n year, apparently. I don't know if that is a law or just a "no-no". The Dems are really PO'd now - they have a better chance of opposing Trump's nomination now than after the e******n, when the red wave sweeps the e******ns. A stronger Republican Congress will be easier to confirm Trump's nominations. Next: Ruth Bader Ginsburg?

I would think that the President would appreciate his endorsements, but he seems to be quite independent when he picks his final choice! I’m hoping this will be the first of two seats that will be filled on this Supreme Court!
