The last tyrant left back in Jan 2017. All looks good ahead.
Where are all these c****es like Floyd coming from?
I was apart of the work day world.
If there ever was a more conservative & understanding way of meeting life head on than me I can only say it is not because I didn't try.
I placed my self between two different sets of interest & did quite well in keeping both pleased.
Landlord & tenant.
I replace others by doing a better job
At a better cost while improving my life & those I dealt with.
I took it upon my self to set what was done, how it was done & how much I wanted.
Only once was I questioned about cost.
My answer was to pay me what ever he wanted.
Then to let we know when he found some one to replace me. The person who had been placed between me & the owners rethought his thinking.
The relationship continued until age slowed me down & I had to cut back in some areas.
Many of the things they ask of me I felt need doing that exceeded what I felt I could offer at a fair cost to both.
I felt that many things needed doing by proper professionals.
So they just stopped calling me.
Simple repairs worked for many problems but for only so many times.
I have had no trouble in meting what was needed to get by in life.
After all I was a White Anglo Saxton Protestant.
As long as I knew my place things would be okay.
That is the way things are today. If you know your place things will be okay.
So it is plain to me that your know what your place is.
You can complain but don't complain about those in control.
Things can be great & you can complain if you have a real trust in the value you have to offer.
I have had value to offer & doors were open to me.
I got a call from one who I helped make richer & he wanted me to thank him for all he did for me.
So I flat out told him his son had said to me that it was all over between us & he had said they would stop paying to have me around.
A verbal understanding between his father & I to last because of over all value I had given.
A retainer that was made between I & a prier owner & extended to him & other partners.
The relationship was extended from me to others in face of the creation of a side partnership.
That i agree do being first on my list to do things for.
This was in the early 80's when interest rates were high & there were buildings needing lots of work done.
Loans were made with no money down & extra money was extended for repairs.
As I had shown I could do what was needed at a reasonable cost it looked like a win-win deal.
Because I could do most things that were needed there was a great deal of convenience that made me more efficient & could hold the over all cost down.
There was trust from both parties.
The cost were never set before hand.
What ever was that is what it was.
Trust is at the basis of all things. it is trust that holds the world together.
There is a serious lack of trust with much in the dealings with those with the most. Deals are mostly win for them & lose for others.
Well that is my sermon for today.
