I am getting nowhere with the Beaverton Police Department! I have a reasonable demand upon the police to show me the original charging document for my arrest and incarceration.
I give you 21 days to comply.
Notify your risk management firm and you and Chris and the uniformed cops on the arrest, booking, t***sport. Your case fails without an original charging instrument, that passes lawful scrutiny.
This will also serve to get the Jail staff info together for that arrest day some notice.
When your case fails because of no lawful arrest warrant each and every action becomes a due process violation. As all the persons are employees of a corporation they now become liable for their actions, errors and omissions. This is critical Dale. Either the Beaverton Cops are abiding by the first and second laws of the land or they are not. 18 USC 3571
