With incident that occurred concerning Sarah Sanders being asked to leave restaurant because of her work for President Trump,
have question for all with target response from those involved in Civil Rights law/litigation etc...
Can Sarah Sanders file suit for being a victim of discrimination?
Would appreciate informed legal responses.
Thank you,
Sweet Lou
There was no discrimination because of race, age, sexual orientation, or disability.

Those are not the only way to discriminate. Humiliation of an entire family should at least put that “Hen” out of business.

Sanders should be more concerned about the illegality of complaining about and naming a business establishment on an official WH website.

The Hen has become famous and will probably see an uptick in business.

Based on some of the reasons the owner gave for tossing Sarah out, there does seem to be some affiliate grounds for a legitimate law suit. (provided its not a Trump hating judge that like many others have done, ruling out of political discrimination)
http://www.performanceicreate.com/political-discrimination-harassment/There are always exceptions
Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. However, if a business has a blanket rule to not serve anyone with a certain political affiliation, it could have the effect of violating the Civil Rights Act since certain religion , could have a closer affiliation to a political cause.
Remember she asked her "gay" employees because she "believed" they may be offended because of Conservative (Christian) views of them.
The owner had formed a h**eful bias towards Sarah /Trump because of their beliefs, views ( Christian) same sex marriage, Trumps actions to prevent t*********rs from the military.
A just judge and attorney that could build a case on the Red Hens bias could easily win.
Since the bible addresses every life action, political action and conservative beliefs are grounded in biblical principles, the reasons the owner gave, her employing gays, their bias towards Christianity could be brought out
