As has been posted more than once, China led the world in solar installations the last year. India also has a large and growing environmental program. The US is not alone, we were one of the first, it is a world wide problem and the world is gearing up to fight for it..
The cost is one which can not be avoided, only delayed and the longer the delay the greater the expense.
