The supreme court just handed out a church first, state second condoning discrimination ruling.

http://www.cnbc.com/2018/06/04/supreme-court-rules-in-favor-colorado-baker-who-refused-to-make-wedding-cake-for-gay-couple-for-religious-reasons.htm
The brevity of the associates arguments is simply this-
If a clergyman was asked to perform a same sex marriage it would be well understood that their ruling would come under the heading of a protectorate of the bakers[Philips] first amendment rights, both freedom of expression/speech rights and ecclesiology rights; the ole' reverse discrimination ploy,as with the arguments concerning affirmative action within the academic world.
The thing that is wrong with that is that the clergyman should know that in the USA church defers to state and that if he cannot make this adjustment he should reside in Iran, or join Isis,or live in some Islamic state, secondly the baker is not a clergyman -furthermore in no way does baking a cake prohibit him from expressing his theological sentiments, nor his he disavowing his gods teaching by merely baking a cake.I tell you what he his doing though, and in doing so by not baking the cake,Then! he is disavowing his god,he is being judgmental of his fellow man,his god instructs him not do this ;that is for god to do.
The supreme courts latest ruling, merely confirms the fact that the Idea of revamping the supreme court has becoming vitally necessary. They can no longer interpret law as with a consistency with the ideology and principals and premise and predication the country was founded on.

If my memory serves me correctly he even suggested several gay bakers or bakeries that would be more than happy to bake them a gay wedding cake the fact that they pressed the issue of having just him speaks volumes to me and that was it wasn't about the cake one darned but it was about attacking a Christian any way that they could. It is called revenge.

And yet another attempt of frivolous lawsuit against a baker following his religeous conscience.. and constitutional right to do so.

Trump is going to revamp the Supreme Court and that revamping should make you happy. Trump will be nominating 4 more conservative leaning justices and the U.S. will have been saved from l*****t ideology, also known as marxism, C*******m, progressiveism, democratic socialism.

The baker only refused to apply the traditional wedding type decorations that rejoice in the union. As you said he did not refuse to sell the cake and gave them others they could go to .And you are right it was an attack on the christian belief system which the gay community has been pushing. The christian belief system is the only thing standing that calls them out for what they are and they are trying to get the community at large to turn their backs on the religon in general they preferr the muslim way which is very much down their ally they want to debase this country and every thing people have fought and died for. Nobody paid the first bit of attention to them and how they lived until they started this it is still on the law books that their life style is against the law in a lot of states they keep it up and they could end up in prison

Happily, the SCOTUS's decision applies ONLY to the religious nut baker. It does NOT apply to any other pseudo-religious claims for the right to discriminate against gay American citizens.

Your hatred of Christianity really does run deep now doesn't it. It must really suck to be you and cary all of that hatred around with you all of the time. What a negative individual you are a real piece of work for sure.

Judging from your insane posts lately, I have no doubt I am a far better Christian than you are.
