Sure do feel talkative today, that's unusual. Flipping through the channels, trying to think what is going on and I see stuff leaked from D.C. as it was supposed to be leaked to control the way YOU think. Giuliani is not a court-room lawyer, he's a PR lawyer. Is he lying? Of Course! Is he misquoting our Constitution? Of Course! Are people going to be smart enough to look-up and read Article 2 (it's short) of our Constitution? No! Lazy is like "Murphy's Law" all around us. So much easier and less effort to listen to an "Unethical" Giuliani than do just a little bit of reading and individual thinking. (You can tell I'm no Giuliani fan.)

I argued with someone just yesterday. Trump as President! Can you show me anyone who trusts our own government? No! So Trump is like the inmate in-charge of the prison. People still have this "Superman" idea that one person can solve their problems (Wrong!). To me, I would want a government I can trust. People point out a womanizer Trump.... "I don't care" he's there to fix our government. Trump is such a liar, I don't care, he's there to fix the government. I'm told I'm one who has "lowered the bar" for President to be less than dog catcher. I don't care, he's there to fix the government. Trump is having sex with porn stars while his wife is having a baby. Well, we'll talk about that later.

Yes, there are many scandals right now. All Trump would have to do to bring his own support numbers real high is an Executive Order that all of the government will not practice in deceit, a liar is fired, bottom line. There will me no playing with machines and the stats it gathers, there will me no hiding of any numbers anyone has or was developed by a machine. If you have classified information there are many ways to respond without deceit like No Comment. Does not mean one way or another, you just didn't answer.

I guess I'm a 1st year law student due to a couple classes I took some years ago. There is no such thing as a perjury trap! Think about it, you have a witness in-front of some decision maker (judge type) and you have a folder(s) ready to produce to prove that witness is lying, you ask the question then Surprise, he/she tells the t***h, then all that stuff in your folders are useless to you. Being responsible for yourself, under oath, you lie is your decision.

People are being manipulated by the media. I'm going to sit-back and see all the BS happen. My cynical opinion, TV news doesn't exist it's TV entertainment. Those hosts are not reading news, they are reading a script. Someone else wrote what they are reading/saying. The hosts have teleprompters and guests who have already responded to the questions asked. Like a lawyer in court, no surprises. You already know what each person is going to say (mostly) before they say it. Yes, exceptions to every rule.

You've made a lot of statements there which are unproven. You say there is no such thing as a perjury trap. Yes, there is. They question a Trump aide or Trump Jr or whomever it was strongly about colluding with Russians and having meetings with them. He flatly denies it. Then they bring up the fact that he spoke to a Russian in a bar or maybe even had a drink with him. Suddenly, PERJURY!!l Too bad, you lied. That's the kind of game Mueller is playing. That's the way you trap them. Even if Trump could be proven to have lied every one of these times, he is eminently more trustworthy than his 2016 opponent. I thank God constantly we don't have to deal with those kinds of lies and crookedness. Have you examined the facts on the Clinton foundation or the Clinton e-mail scandal? I rest my case.

Can give you an honest answer, deceit. Let's just sit back and watch. Yes, I've been there with a witness and I think no-one is talking about a passing hello at a bar or an excuse me in the mens bathroom. Just make sure what you hear is the t***h, I'm going to place a bit of effort to find out what is the t***h. Pretty sure the t***h will not come from the networks. Like me spending too much time (retired now & have a bit of time) searching court records for the So. Dist. of New York for the 5 guilty pleas when the news said there weren't even indictments. Like all of us, lies coming from all directions. I'm not letting anyone off the hook, being the cynic I am, not believing anyone either.

Yes, I was trying to set the perjury trap and it worked a couple times but those who lied on substantial things (no the stuff you described would make any lawyer red-faced and hurt his credibility so don't do it, we'll see I guess) they do so as responsible individuals, just like you or me. I think I would like to hear if people were lied to during the campaign. No, this is not an issue to automatically put another Clinton into office. That is a lie as well. Now that there was an e******n there is a pecking-order who occupies President.

Strange, I had all sorts of reading & studying of our Constitution before I was in High School, and others haven't even read the Constitution yet. So I'm going to have some fun just sitting back and watch the fireworks.

Will also be looking for those who could not pass a 5th grade science test (that's me being a smart ass).

Thanks bvim1. Do we agree it's strange people don't even read Article 2 of our own Constitution? The read is less than 10 minutes. Do you see the network news display the applicable portion(s) of the Constitution while they talk? I don't think they want you to know. Those people get paid to talk, the more they can get someone to talk the more money. Displaying the applicable provision(s) of the Constitution would end the talk. I really don't know what the NWO is all about, at the start I don't like it. Must be about economy, well I think we are all smart enough to get away from even having to use money, may take a generation or two but we can do it. Stop k*****g each other? I think that we are not only smart enough to avoid such but we must stop k*****g each other. This corporate control over the NWO is something we must expose. Elites, trust me when I say I've been around enough of them and they are no more smarter than anyone else but when it comes to the entitlement mind-set they have it the worse. A class of people who all need a whole teem of Psychiatrists. Too much has become acceptable conduct in our society(ies) when it comes to deceit, larceny, just plain hurting people. I've been in combat (long story) and don't want to see us or anyone have to live through such. I refuse to allow another Gulf of Tonkin to happen again to me!
