I don't think he is an i*****l A***n. I think it is amusing how if you deal with schools as an employee or vendor you have to be quadruple checked out by the FBI, State Law Enforcement, finger printed, etc. Yet a 25 year old enrolls with a sob story and nobody verifies anything about him. Schools desperately need to fix this vulnerability.
