The "alleged" Ft. Hood shooter does not look like a crazed k**ler in this photo, and his background doesn't appear that he is a recent convert to Islam.
It is indicative that resources for both active and non-active combat vets must not be cut.
Hopefully members of congress will take this into account when budget cutting is discussed
