Now he wants 30 billion in cuts among which are 7 billion for children's healthcare.

Never mind the 23% INCREASE in the propsed defense budget and spending of $716 BILLION in 2019. Hell no, the elderly, poor anmd children's health CARE needs should not take away money for the needy military industrial corporations. A 23% increase amounting to $100 BILLION to a Pentagon and DoD that can't account for TRILLIONS in already wasted, frauded, unnecessary taxpayer money for what?
