Fox News Judicial Analyst Defends Timeline Of Mueller's Probe

During a Fox News segment on various calls for special counsel Robert Mueller to end his probe into Russian meddling during the 2016 U.S. e******n, Fox News judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano defended the length of the investigation, which hits the 1-year mark this week.

“Bob Mueller has no duty to tip his hand and show his cards until the end of his investigation, and he does have a duty to complete the investigation,” Napolitano, a former judge, told host Heather Childers on “America’s Newsroom.”

“It’s going to take a while until he gets all the evidence,” he added.

When Childers accused Mueller of expanding the scope of his investigation and therefore extending the timeline of the probe, Napolitano defended him.

“I don’t think he had any idea what he was going to stumble on,” Napolitano said, listing the charges against President Donald Trump’s former campaign manager Paul Manafort and the investigation of his personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

“They can’t overlook these things,” he added of Mueller’s team.

Childers wrapped the segment up, but not before saying, “I know a lot of people disagree with you because they think this has gone on way too long.”

“I understand their impatience, but it’ll come to an end one of these days,” Napolitano replied.

How you doing Slatten? The Judge is correct. I'm one of those that think this investigation has gone of the rails. However; by statute Mueller can take his good old sweet time. I am basically agains the Special Prosecutor Statute. I didn't like it with Clinton and I don't like it now.

I'm guessing that the folks that are impatient with Mueller, had their patience exhausted by years of B******i investigations followed by years of e-mail gate investigation.

My biggest concern with this matter is whether either or both sides will accept/comply with the results of Mueller's investigation. I would guess not, unless the results align with their particular view of it.

I believe you have reason to be concerned. The results of the investigation were determined before it began, on or about January 20, 2017.

I find it curious that the large contingent of GOP "never Trump" folks..................suddenly became the "forever Trump" crew on November 9, 2016.

This case is not a matter of view or opinion of the opposing parties. This case is about the legal requirements of the constitution. That must prevail.

However, these Trump h**ers, hope and wait for the most corrupt and fraudulent decisions of Mueller to prevail.

Mueller's fishing expeditions cost taxpayers’ tens of millions of dollars. The biggest h**x in history, using concocted and falsified evidences, the Dossier, and then the FISA court, through the underground forces of the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, all bundled together in this huge power called the DEEP STATE of Obama.

Mueller not satisfied with no shred of any evidence found against Trump, he still insists that president Trump sits with him to answer 40 questions. NONSENSE! There is no reason for an interview since, the president is immune to indictment, and no evidences found.

Giuliani: Trump can't be indicted, Mueller team admits
By Jonathan Raymond CONNECT
“Giuliani, the former New York City mayor and member of Trump's legal team, told CNN that Mueller's team acknowledged "after some battling" that they cannot indict Trump.”
"All they get to do is write a report," he said.

The left and democrats still wanted president Trump to sit with Mueller, so he can trap the president with those irrelevant questions just like the rest of those parties questioned ahead, when Mueller went beyond the scope of his investigation.

The Mueller investigation against the president must be closed.
Then begin the investigation of this crimes of the century of Mueller, DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, bundled together under the Deep State. This must be investigated, and all of them prosecuted and locked up! Obama and Hillary must be prosecuted for their massive crimes against the American people. Justice must prevail.

Nepolitano is 100% wrong!
This fishing expedition has gone too far. Taxpayers spending so much money for Mueller and gangs. Mueller had encroached beyond the bounds of his authority, in order to trap, harass Manafort while asleep at midnight in his home.

Gen. Flynn was forced to lie so that Mueller has something to present that he is doing something. Gen. Flynn must be exonerated. He lost is home paying for lawyers to defend him in the Mueller harassment. He served 35 years for our country, and this is the price of Mueller, making him homeless.

Then Mueller requires the president to answer 40 irrelevant questions in order to trap him. The president must not submit to this questions because the president is immuned from indictment. And not a shred of evidence was found on that Russian Collusion. For 12 months now, Mueller is harassing the president, preventing him from doing his jobs for the American people.

The president must be cleared up now, so that he could concentrate his jobs for the for MAGA. Mueller must be investigated next, along with all the Deep State members. Lock them up including Hillary and Obama.
