Robert Mueller just got some very bad news.

Mueller was due in court to defend his office’s abuse of power in expanding his investigation beyond his mandate.

And after the judge delivered his remarks, all hell broke loose.

Federal Judge T.S. Ellis finally stood up to the special counsel.

Attorneys for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort had argued that the charges of bank fraud brought by Mueller—for acts that occurred years before Manafort joined the Trump campaign—were beyond the scope of Mueller’s mandate.

Mueller’s team tried to argue that since the payments involved a Ukrainian politician tied to Moscow, it fell under their umbrella for the Russia investigation.

Judge Ellis wasn’t buying it.

He hammered Mueller’s team for lying and pointed out that their only interest in charging Manafort was inducing him to flip on the President.

Ellis stated that Mueller and his team’s only interest was in prosecuting or impeaching the President.

CNN reports:

“A FEDERAL JUDGE EXPRESSED DEEP SKEPTICISM FRIDAY OF SPECIAL COUNSEL ROBERT MUELLER’S INVESTIGATION IN THE BANK FRAUD CASE AGAINST FORMER TRUMP CAMPAIGN CHAIRMAN PAUL MANAFORT, AT ONE POINT SAYING HE BELIEVES THAT MUELLER’S MOTIVATION IS TO OUST PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP FROM OFFICE....

It will be interesting to hear what the judge decides, or if Rosenstine complies with the request.

It's about time that judge should demand to see the orders from Rod Rosenstein and see if the orders are being followed or if those orders are even valid. I would doubt that those orders are what we have been led to believe as to what is going on.

I sure hope this judge follows through.

Now this is a JUDGE in pursuit of JUSTICE, not politics. Brilliant.

Mueller and his crew should be run out of DC at the very least.

Eagleye, refer to "Brother Nathanael rides again." His latest rant and comment, that so-far, the president hasn't done much regarding his campaign promises, except where Israel is concerned, has a point. While I v**ed for Trump, I had some reservations due to what seemed to be his cozy relationships with too many Jews and Israeli interests.

Obama and Jimmy Carter had reservations also. However, Obama's reasons where much different than Carter's. I suppose in a way, they were similar. I think though that Carter saw the Palestinians as being oppressed, and his Christian nature would naturally find oppression off-putting. Obama, on the other hand, equated the oppression of Palestinians with the treatment of b****s here in America and h**ed the U.S. and Israel, regardless of what he says.

However, I'm beginning to see a different Mueller role in all of this. It's a possibility that while they didn't particularly like Hillary, Mueller, and others, knew that Trump, in the hands of and being controlled by Israeli interests, would be a disaster for America. Just sayin'...

I agree with you Richard.
Trump is surrounded by CFR/Z*****t types biting his ears.

Wolves in sheep's clothing they are.
Hard to say how this plays out.
The battle between Satanic/Edomite forces and Christian forces is raging right now.
Its a b***h; but the Good Guys win in the end.
