This is the difference between the left and the right, Schneiderman resigned within a day of his antics with rough sex going public.
Had this been reversed and this was a right wing prosecutor going after Obama or Hillary it would have been in the press for weeks as the GOP hunkered down and the FOX media spin went full on damage control mode. This would have been a deep state plot to get rid of him because he was anti democrat, the good he did outweighed some minor rough sex with four women, and who's to say they didn't make this up, and why didn't they come out with it before?
Dems have a tendency to get rid of scandals that will cause distractions. And right now they don't have a chance of flying, they are being used as the example of how the GOP should be handling their scandals.
Pruitt is still on the job, even though he is being investigated for 10 separate scandals. It would make a lot more sense for Trump to be a bit quicker on the draw when his people create scandals that start coming out, it seems like the longer they hang in the worse new things are that come out.
