Who should America take advice from?

I can still remember things from nearly two decades ago, sometimes even further back. I often forget what I did 5 minutes ago, but my long term memory is still intact. I can remember hearing a politician from another country, advocating for an invasion of Iraq years ago. He stated, emphatically I might add, that Saddam was actively pursuing a nuclear weapon and claimed to have proof. Wouldn't you know it? America took that advice and invaded Iraq.................but found no proof of a nuclear weapons program, indeed, no proof of ANY weapons of mass destruction. OOPS!

That particular politician also claimed that "taking Saddam out" would see an immediate stabilization of the region. That turned out to be wrong as well...........WAY wrong. It did, however, see America embroiled in decades of war in the region, the rise of ISIS and it's draining of American treasure, the displacement of millions of people that is threatening to destabilize Europe. One would think that such bad advice would give everyone pause, when this same politician gives further advice. Yeah, one would think wrong.

Know who this mysterious foreign politician is yet? Ah, come on, it's easy! Ok, fine, it's none other than the illustrious Netanyahu of Israel. Yep, that knothead helped convince President Bush that Iraq was a clear and present danger. Here we are almost 20 years later, and old Net has bent the ear of another US President and convinced him that another Middle Eastern nation is a clear and present danger. This President ignored the advice of every other world leader, choosing to take it from the goon that has already proven so dramatically unreliable and just plain wrong.

I understand the pathological need to erase anything with "Obama" on it, since that half black man dared to belittle and make fun of Trump at that correspondence dinner years ago, but d**gging America into ANOTHER Middle Eastern conflict is a step too far towards revenge. The sad thing is................Obama will not lose a wink of sleep over any of these pedantic attempts at revenge. Yep, all this Obama erasure has no effect on Obama at all.

Ignoring the advice from HIS OWN intelligence people, ignoring the advice from EXPERIENCED world leaders and diplomats, our President has chosen to take the advice of a single person, a person that has already cost America dearly. It is no coikydink that Trumps speech and Netanyahu's victory speech contained many of the exact same phrases. Who should America take advice from? Someone who has not gotten us into a useless and never ending war, or someone who has? The answer seems pretty damn clear to me, but apparently - Trump didn't get the memo.

I wouldn't call it advice, but Trump should listen closer to what the general Public has to say.
It is the General Public that has to cover what ever actions are taken.
When the bills come due they are the ones who will truly pay the bills & see no gains in their quality of life.

Bush took the Iraq advice from Cheney, Rumsfield, and bunch of war mongers.
Bush taking Saddam Hussein was a great mistake. Saddam did not allow Iranians to get a foothold into their land. After Saddam was gone, Iran crawled its tentacles, into Iraq, and now Iraq is under Iran.

Iraq under Saddam, provided stability in the Middle East. There could have been no Syria conflict, Iran empowered Syria.
Bush did that in pretense of defending the questionable 9/11.

There is no doubt that much of what was done in the past has left a mess for today.
The hope we need to seek is one of hoping we see what is going wrong in time to stop it.
