Why not??If we have sanctuary cities and even states for i******s,why cant we have Sanctuary for law abiding gun owners...

Chicago should be a State by itself. The rest of Illinois would be forever grateful. Then Chicago could go and join California as far as we are concerned.

Excellent. Chicago could be like an Embassy of a Foreign Country. Once you enter Chicago City limits you are in Californistan. By the same right, several non sanctuary communities within California borders could become part of Illinois.
