Seems this post has gone a bit astray. The actress who plays "Flo" in nonpolitical and has become the trade mark for progressive insurance. She does a fine job, it is what she gets paid to do... Look her up in real life and give her a look, she is a real doll....Buying insurance should be a pocket book decision for each of us... I was with Progressive for couple yrs but changed due to rates.. Went over to USAA for half the cost, hope it stays like that for quite a long time... The ACLU champions causes of all sorts with all kinds of odd directions.. FYI, the ACLU has done more for the conservative people than any other group you will be able to think of... Sued the NSA for listening to your plot on the phone, Championed home schooling, sued for the rights of online magazines, They have even supported cons in suing the police for discrimination. Look at both sides of their issues, they are closest to open minded as you will find. Yes, some of what the try to support you do not like, but they will also support your rights. Even when they do not support your idea....The ACLU should be loved by all. They support rights for everyone, not only for those you do not like...

the ACLU has done exceptionally well in the past when both parties worked together. now permafrost, you must believe that the democratic party has took a sharp left turn in ideology and politics that do not fit in with what this country iz all about. they espouse 'collective ideology' in which goes against the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness because to pusue my dreams could mean that i might have to ask the government first...which will cause a war. the ACLU also espouses this especially with their attack on the separation of church and state. what they are doing goes against the constitution and for that they must be reigned in and brought to trial for telling people how and what to think...which also will cause a war.
