I had heard earlier today that Devin Nunes had come out and said that the G MEN need to take Kerry into custody. There were two different sites that had said this. Unfortunately I had forgotten to copy them. Honestly I dont know if this is true or not but as far as Im concerned he should be arrested for purposely interfering in government affairs especially foreign policy.

Hi all. Here is one of the videos I saw today that talked about Kerry Illegally dealing with Iran. Apperantly he is trying to save this extremely useless Iran deal that Obama, Valerie Jarette and others within that POS'S administrations Iran deal. From what I understand there were only two incidents in the past where charges were brought under the Logan Act without any prosecutions. I have read that the Logan Act itself may be UNCONSTITUTIONAL. However, I think that it should be illegal for private citizens to try and influence in any way shape or form foriegn policy. What really gets my goat is that these prior government employees like Clinto and others are still able to hold security clearances! I mean WTF right?

The democrats wanted Logan Act prosecutions of Trump's t***sition team making initial contacts on behalf of the legally elected incoming President. That has been an accepted practice for the smooth t******r of p***r. This is a better case for prosecution as he was trying to prevent the President from his stated preference to do away with the agreement.
