This Cohen Thing Is Getting Into An Entirely Different Level Of Impossible To Believe, Do You Still?

So now that we have seen conflicting stories from Trump never knew anything about NDA's, Cohen has been paid back, Trump never knew anything about payments to Cohen, more is coming out about money Cohen has received from Trump and his campaign funds...

$288,000 from campaign funds
$470,000 from the Trump organization

This, including $35,000 a month from the Trump organization that was supposedly part of Cohen being paid back for the payment he made on the NDA. Cohen supposedly had no role in the Trump Campaign, and if he did where does the line exist on business with Russians during the campaign, t***sition, and after becoming president?

They are going to be dancing like little monkeys putting the invoices and receipts for what was done for specific payments together. Surely the world's best business man knows the importance of receipts for IRS purposes. IRS is what ends up taking mobsters and crooks down, it's really hard to explain money that you can't explain well without putting yourself in legal jeopardy. A crook tends to make claims for write offs that they don't actually want to be trying to explain, such as trips to Prague doing things you may not want to be explaining?

Come on Trump supporters, surely you can recognize boos**t when you see it? Use some of those famous BS meters on the Stormy thing and Cohen's liability to Trump.

Why is it that you don't understand that the invasion and confiscation of records from Cohen's office is a constitutional violation in regard to any representation of Donald Trump? Cohen was on retainer from Trump and as his attorney was privy to intimate details of his activities. These may or may not have been items requiring defense. A private agreement for service or silence, paid for by a legal representative is not evidence of guilt.

Mueller has not establish a prima facie proof of criminal behavior on Cohen's part but instead violated both his and Trump's fifth amendment rights, to not testify against themselves. If any evidence of anything is found at all, it must be held as fruits of the poisoned tree since the disclosure is based on illegal action by Mueller and the FBI.

The ploy here is obvious, find something which can be distorted or incriminating and leak it so that a furor will ensue for impeachment. Even losing his Stormy case can potentially provide a political win.

Trump stood in front of the press and said Cohen did very little for him on retainer. Trump and Cohen were apparently relying on the sanctity of client attorney privilege (ACP), a privilege that does not exist when a crime has been committed. That ACP is only relevant to specific advice given, most of what Cohen did for Trump as a "fixer" does not have that ACP. Meeting with Russians for any business purpose, whether that be colluding or setting up a Trump Moscow would not be protected by ACP. Simply sitting in a room with an attorney does not make any conversations protected by either ACP or executive privilege.

You say Mueller has not established prima facie proof of criminal behavior, but he must have done exactly that to the highest possible degree or no judge would have allowed this.

Already the press is onto facts, and the press is held to a standard of t***h due to the fact that Cohen could sue any news agency that gets it wrong for airing lies. I'm thinking the condo Cohen bought for $2 million and sold for $10 million might be problematic, as in money laundering? How about tax evasion if he didn't claim the profit as income?

There are two ways to look at "getting" Trump on criminal activity, the way prosecutors have always gotten to the person at the top is by nailing stupid associates on enough to be able to offer them a reduced sentence. If Trump is busted for illegal activities which is the issue, that he did it, or they took down a whole boatload of the people he surrounded himself with that are criminals too?
