Oh when will American ban these deadly weapons ? Why would anyone own a knife ? In modern society there is no justification for owning a knife. I mean who in modern times needs to clean a fish when you can just go to the store and buy a box of fish sticks ? When will America take back it's country from the Nation Knife Association ? Only those in government should be carrying even pen knives. If you need to open a package I suggest you call 911. I am sure any Policeman will be happy to stop wh**ever he or she is doing and whip out a safety knife to cut open your package.

son , There are already those pushing to banish guns. If we also banish knives, what's next? Banish motor vehicles, people can get k**led by getting hit by a car. Ban hands and feet, you can beat some one to death,ban Prescription Medications(Prescription drugs are the 4th leading cause of death in America now). Ban Fast food and junk food,these are deadly! So is soda, candy, eating too much k**ls, so let's nban food.

Bad guys and even normals will always find ways around laws. Bad guys will obtain guns and knives on the Black Market. Back in ancient times the ruling class banned military weapons from the peasants . So the peasants developed fighting techniques using bare hands ( Judo, Karate, etc.) and using farm implements because they were still attacked by bad guys and their government. Those in authority never want the commoner to be armed. Never.
