So, the DNC and Clinton paid for the Russian Dossier, didn't verify it, Comey uses it to get a FISA warrant, doesn't tell a judge it's paid for by the DNC and Clinton (five times), and uses it to spy on the republican candidate's campaign.

Like Comey himself said, collusion is not defined, but conspiracy to defraud the US is.

Seems to me like somebody DID conspire to defraud the US. Indeed, it does!

Although, Comey is now redefining what a leak is. The thing we have is a president who is not a part of either side; smart, naïve or just plain dumb, he's not what they were prepared to deal with, and he spills their beans all over twitter daily.

And the myth continues, that the Steele dossier was used as a reason was put to rest a long time ago, the FISA warrants were obtained well before. Trump made the mistake of surrounding himself with people who were already under scrutiny. Anyone that has correspondence with foreign countries, especially Russia is under scrutiny. Everyone in the state department knows that every electronic and telephone communication is under scrutiny. Suspicious communications can and do trigger FISA warrants. Trump brought all the wrong people into his orbit, people who were already under scrutiny, everyone they do business with in any way then becomes subject to scrutiny.

Everyone has ripples in the pond, and when everyone is playing in the same pond with Russians those ripples run into each other.
