Ten years ago in san antonio, i was talking with an old black man who worked in a city job.
He began bending my ear about politics and i was thinking, shut up.
I dont want to hear any more liberal crap.
But he said something that caught my ear and come to find out, he is retired air force with 30 years, and was more conservative than i.
I apologized for being rude and he told me this country used to help those that worked but now it helps those who dont and punishes those who work.
He was rite and i kept in touch with him.
This country has been sold by the libs for their agenda and the repubs sit on their asses and let them do it.

Each of you respondents are impassioned on this ever-present subject of "I*****l I*********n" and deserving of applause. Deserving because each of you stayed on point applying only intelligent language. (pls note the complete absence of socialist personalities) Yet no one suggests a probable solution. Is that because we believe any and all worthwhile scenarios have been expressed?
We citizens really can't do anything? Our V**E doesn't count! Nonsense. Today, unlike in the 'good old days' we can v**e each day of the week. President Trump does this with his Twitter acct.

In his book "The Art Of War" author Sun Tzu provides the reader with "military thought" one of which is; *it is inevitable that your army will engage an opposing army of greater size, between the two of you is a thousand miles of terrain. What is the first thing you must do?* Allow the other man to make the trek.

If you're interested, think of the trek while you read the suggestion I presented to Speaker Gingrich during the celebratory events of "Trump's first 100 days"

It is well within this administration's authority and in fact is its duty to secure our borders both north & south. But professing to build a wall even though doing so is a continuation of Bush 43 will be an uphill battle that cannot be won until the opposition has been adequately softened. In the interim I suggest;

1) from Ft. Hood, Tx. the Army will march westward along the border as part and parcel of its training exercises. Interacting with the many private landowners during its trek. From Camp Pendelton, CA. the Marines will march eastward mirroring the intent and actions of the Army. Repeat this exercise periodically. 2) Additionally, all border activities of ground logistics in nature should be reduced from 24/7 to 12/5 with the 12-hour cycle flipping each 2nd week. [2 days a week the border is closed to all traffic to include U.S. Citizens returning to 3) For the northern border #1 is not feasible, however, #2 is and should be applied. 4) the administration makes no public announcements as to the border's schedule/calendar since the philosophy of such action is two-fold; a) the U.S. states by action as well non-action IT is in control of its borders while reducing operational cost, b) doing so will cause great economic pressure on each of the main portals at both borders with the clogging of infrastructure support systems by both human and commodity traffic. (Canada will aide Mexico in paying for the wall)
For those of you who find this common sense, money saving, major harassment, very probable results orientated game plan attractive email the WH every morning.

Thanks for pointing out those things, very well written and i agree with you.
I am not young anymore and dont have the explosive dynamic fight in me that i had when i was young.
I still know and believe what is right.
This is our country, my country, and i served her to the best of my ability with p***e in the U.S. Army.
I also have backed off a little because i know that i cant back up an aggressive attitude or a physical one.
I apologize.
I dont want to seem non human.
But the march of south American folks coming north to the U.S. border with the attitude that we north Americans are going to back down and bend our laws just for them so they can enter my country, illegally, and have what they want and need according to them, makes me think they can kiss my ass and then turn around and go home before they get hurt !
