I was reading through the small town newspaper the other day and to my surprise churches also get surprise health inspections. It was quite an eye opener. I don't think I will be eating out anywhere from now on unless it is a church dinner. They were they only ones with good ratings. Sorry, a bit off topic but just reminded me of reading that.
