USA today;Have you heard of the system of checks and balances.
It goes something like this,Judicial branch checks the executve branch The legislative branch checks the judicial branch .The executive branch checks the judicial branch.If the executive branch issues an order
in consistent with the constitution,the judicial branch shoots it down or If the executive branch trys to execute an order in consistent with constituional principals and values the judicial branch may rule it inconsistent with constitutional law.The legislative branch may check the executive branch by impeaching it for high crimes or misdemeanors. The legislative branch has the power to prosecute or impeach,if you allow the executive branch to dismiss the legislative branch in its duties you have grossly upset the system of check and balances.The executive branch has the power to check the judicial branch by annointing them their power , through recommendation to hire them or annoint them to their position and the legislative branch has the power to v**e up or down as to whether they are to be annointed or not.

That is the way it is supposed to work, but in reality there are no checks and balances on the Federal Judiciary. With lifetime appointments, the Federal judges are imposing their will without real regard to Constitutional principles and the Legislative branch does not have the courage to stop it.

As of late they are,imposing their will that is;not their will but a partisan will,generally the will of what ever president recommends them- however-there has been many times as of late that the choosing president has been totally fooled by that particular associates rulings ,but just like in the health care world,to ascertain whether a doctor diagnosed a patients condition correctly or performed an operation correctly there should be a review board to ascertain whether or not the justices ruling adhere to constitutional principals and values,if not he should be dismissed.
Judging by your keen and astute erudite answer,I assume you were not taught that during your education process- HUH?
