The Democratic Party is suing President Donald Trump's campaign, Russia and WikiLeaks over allegations that they conspired to influence the 2016 e******n.

The suit was filed Friday in Manhattan and alleges that Trump's campaign worked with the Russians and WikiLeaks, a website that released thousands of hacked emails from people close to Clinton. The lawsuit claims that all three parties played a role in hacking DNC computers.

"During the 2016 p**********l campaign, Russia launched an all-out assault on our democracy, and it found a willing and active partner in Donald Trump's campaign," DNC Chairman Tom Perez said, The Washington Post reported.

"This constituted an act of unprecedented treachery: the campaign of a nominee for president of the United States in league with a hostile foreign power to bolster its own chance to win the presidency."

Allegations of Russian collusion have dogged Trump's presidency since he was inaugurated. An ongoing special counsel investigation at the Department of Justice has not made any evidence public that suggests collusion occurred.

According to the Post, foreign countries are immune to most lawsuits filed in the U.S.

Several Russians were indicted as part of the special counsel probe spearheaded by former FBI director Robert Mueller, alleging that they interfered in the 2016 e******n through a social media propaganda campaign. Neither of the 13 have come to the U.S. to face their indictments.

What might happen, this lawsuit including Wiki Leaks..could clear the way for a honest investigation into the Seth Rich murder.. Where there is evidence of Rich being the person to hack the DNC..

Does this mean that the DNC will have to actually produce the allegedly hacked server?

Don't the defendant's attorneys have a right to examine the only piece of physical evidence in existence?

If there is one thing that you can say about democrats it is that they are persistent. They be wrong 99% of the time and they may a tad slow but they are persistent. Actually they are more like a mosquito in that they are all pests and annoying I guess it is tome to squash them and put them in their place which is deceased.
