Trump Calling For People To Be Jailed, Will He Never Figure Out How The Constitution Works?

There is nothing appropriate about the president of the united states calling for "his" DOJ putting someone in jail. The DOJ is a separate entity that the president has no charge over, they are supposed to work independently.

There is something wrong with jumping from an indictment then a trial right to the outcome that someone should go to jail. This is actually like the loudest mouth in an angry lynch mob yelling out get a rope, string him up. This sort of bypasses the court and jury trial part.

Trump has a history of this, and being very wrong at that. The Central Park 5 is a situation where Trump in all of his irrelevant and judgmental attitudes believed these guys had done what they later were proved innocent of. He took a full page ad out literally inciting "someone" to take the law into their own hands and lynch these guys, give them what they deserved.

I guess he's having an impossible time understanding that the law works differently than this. He's still tweeting "put him in jail". Now considering that Sessions is recused from anything to do with Russia or Mueller, the DOJ would come down to Rosenstein. Since Trump is definitely a subject of the investigation it is absolutely necessary to shut his mouth or tweeter about anything to do with the Russia investigation. He has already gone way to far, and it's time for him to forget this until it's done. People involved in the investigation are being attacked before the results are out. The intelligence committees have done everything they can to obstruct and undermine it.

How well do people remember the B******i investigations? They were endless, it was obvious over and over there was nothing there, yet Obama never weighed into it, he let the process go on and on.
