Quick answer is they don’t have proof or the hint of proof that Hillary committed a crime.

Cohen is on record saying he paid someone to keep quiet about a topic affecting an e******n. That would fall under a campaign contribution and is illegal.

Trump has denied that Cohen was working on his behalf, so when Cohen submitted that agreement to the courts, he committed fraud.

Add to the fact that he was the lawyer for Trump at the same time frame that Trump is being investigated for co-operating with a foreign power. And we don’t know what Mueller knows.

Hillary on the other hand had an off site server that may have been a security risk but there were precedences of other officials having them too. Not illegal, just stupid.

By the time she blackmailed Mr. Cohen, there was already a dozen women claiming inappropriate sexual contact with Donald Trump. To add to this, she claims it was consensual sex. The Democrats had already played, until it was worn out, the locker-room tape. Therefore, it is doubtful if the story, once again as Daniels had already sold the story in 2011, been told and retold by the media would have made a difference in the outcome of the e******n.

The scandal is the denials, and more likely to be the fact that Trump sees no problem with using campaign funds illegally for something like this. Trump's insistence that he knew nothing of this is quite frankly something only brain washed blindly loyal fanatics could truly believe. Something like the Immaculate Non Disclosure Agreement. Created for something that never happened, written and executed by an attorney on behalf of a client who knew nothing of it. Yet was valid enough in the minds of Trump and attorney that they were prepared to sue to uphold it's validity. It's a magic NDA.

Has it occurred to you that Mr. Cohen was trying to protect an innocent person?

Where is the proof that campaign funds was used to pay Daniels?

There is evidence that Daniels blackmailed Mr. Cohen and has defined a court order .... specifically, a restraining order issued by Action Dispute Resolution Services, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Jacqueline A. Connor.

Therefore, Democrats need to start praying that there is something they can use in the raid. Else it is over for Mueller..... and financially, it is already over for Daniels..
