Rosenstein has refused to give them information that is critical to the investigation because the house intelligence committee has proved to be a direct pipeline to the white house of classified information. It is a conflict of interest the house doesn't seem to have any awareness of, that the subjects of investigations are not to be told about the case and developments.
Mueller has an investigation to conclude, and anything done to impede it is obstruction of justice. Just pay attention to the weekly revelations otherwise known as court filings and you can get a good idea exactly where Mueller is going.
