Why Is Mexico Allowing A Direct Attack On The U.S. Border

In case you’ve missed it, there is an interesting situation brewing on our southern border where an increasingly hostile Mexico seems to be assisting a direct attack on U.S. sovereignty.

For quite a few years there have been stories of sorties by the Mexican military into U.S. territory for ill-defined purposes.

For five days now hundreds of Central Americans - children, women, and men, most of them from Honduras - have boldly crossed immigration checkpoints, military bases, and police in a desperate, sometimes chaotic march toward the United States. Despite their being in Mexico without authorization, no one has made any effort to stop them.

Organized by a group of volunteers called Pueblos Sin Fronteras, or People Without Borders, the caravan is intended to help migrants safely reach the United States, bypassing not only authorities who would seek to deport them, but gangs and cartels who are known to assault vulnerable migrants.

Organizers like Rodrigo Abeja hope that the sheer size of the crowd will give immigration authorities and criminals pause before trying to stop them.

“If we all protect each other we’€™ll get through this together,”€ Abeja yelled through a loudspeaker on the morning they left Tapachula, on Mexico'€™s border with Guatemala, for the nearly monthlong trek.

When they get to the US, they hope American authorities will grant them asylum or, for some, be absent when they attempt to cross the border illegally. More likely is that it will set up an enormous challenge to the Trump administration’s immigration policies and its ability to deal with an organized group of migrants numbering in the hundreds.

The number of people who showed up to travel with the caravan caught organizers by surprise, and has overwhelmed the various towns they’™ve stopped in to spend the night. Pueblos Sin Fronteras counted about 1,200 people on the first day.

About 80% of them are from Honduras. Many said they are fleeing poverty, but also political unrest and violence that followed the swearing in of Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernández after a highly contested e******n last year. The group often breaks into chants of “out with JOH.”€ They also chant “€œwe aren’€™t immigrants, we’€™re international workers” and “the people united will never be defeated.”

Actually, they aren’t defying anything.

Mexico has the ability to turn these people back.

The fact that they didn’€™t and they are allowing them to proceed on this march tells you all you need to know about what the game is here.

This is a direct response to Trump insisting on building a wall on the border.

It is a thumb in the eye.

It is a screw-you.

What makes this particularly vile and reprehensible is that people are being given hope and their lives uprooted to serve the political goals of Mexico and of an activist group.

If I were California M*****a or Concealed Carry Vets etc.. I would rally like minded Patriots and form camp at the Border, it is our Constitutional Right and Responsibility.

All Border Towns, Cities, Counties Official’s need to be put on Notice to defend the Border or Resign and Vacate.

The only thing that convinces these invaders that they can come here instead of attacking the problems at home is that they would be shot on sight at home. Maybe they need to learn that the same is true here if they cross the border illegally. Someone suggested keeping them out but feeding them over in Mexico. Obviously this person has no experience with stray animals because if you feed them, they never leave and the number keeps growing. One of my neighbors had 124 cats at one point, all from feeding two strays.

One way,To get mexico to stop this rabble mob from marching thru mexico,to the USA,,STOP ALL money t***sfers to mexico,by the i******s working here. Take ALL the money,that they want to send to mexico,put it into an interest bearing savings account,in the senders name,should take less than a month for mexico to get the message,"Dont fuck with the USA" IF,Mexico doesnt get the messags in 3 months or so,use that money to pay for the wall.........Meanwhile,post OUR Armed Military on the border,

You are right. Thousands of 18 wheeler truck pass over the border every day in to America. I have to shake my head in disbelief that America never thinks how to use this.
Shut down the border and in one day Mexico will be begging to help build the wall and keeping the invaders back from the border.
