My condolence for his family. At his advanced age, there is little wonder he made some very bad rulings over the past year. I hope he rests in peace. I wonder how many more of the 9th circuit are approaching their final wake up call.

I don't know. It's been an activist court for a long time. He lived a long life, condolences to his family.

Absolutely, his time finally came.
When young people die it is very sad but when someone his age dies it is just time.
No matter who they are. My mother was the kindest person and the hardest worker I ever knew.
She died in her 80s in poor health, it was time.

These 2018 Mid-Term Senate E******ns will go a very long way in helping Pres Trump fill these, and any of the other 100-plus vacant Judicial Seats Pres Obama left unfilled for Hillary Clinton to fill... I have no problems with him passing. When my time comes I've instructed, though they won't honor my wishes, that I be chopped up and used as crab bait. I fished and crabbed for a good part of my younger life and would like to catch a few more.
