The obvious conflict of interest for Pruitt heading the EPA was that Pruitt had brought nearly a dozen lawsuits against the EPA. So As the head of the EPA how is he supposed to administrate settlements and court litigation when he calls the shots on how the EPA is to respond to the suits?

Not having heard anything about these suits makes me wonder if he simply initiated cash settlements.

The state prosecutor who brings suits against the EPA can't be in charge of how they are settled.

And what in the hell is this rollback in auto emissions and efficiency?

Pruitt is going to have a full on burner turned on under his ass for his Morocco Liquid Gas involvement. He's been meddling in sales and strategy on oil and gas, he should have been named as the head of energy the way he acts like that's his job.

The other thing that is going to bite him in the ass is that he and his daughter are staying in a friendly lobbyists luxury condo in Washington and only paying a small fraction of the value. Trump isn’t draining the swamp he is pumping every cesspool he can find into the swamp and wallowing in the filth like a bloated orange hippo.

Yes, that is part of what makes the Moroccan Liquid Gas thing even worse than it would be on it's own, the connection between the owners of the townhouse as lobbyists for the gas industry, and the deal he was arranging for them. Especially considering this has nothing to do with his job.
