Carter is senile, it would be nice if we could count on congress to reign in the president but that isn't happening.
His statement that "even if Mueller uncovers evidence of law breaking" he should finish his term, he wants to do good is ludicrous.
If it is found and there is evidence of lawbreaking there absolutely can't be any free passes. It's hardcore critical that even a president be held accountable to the laws of the nation, Period.
The things in the past that triggered impeachment and resignations will do so in this case as well.
