Obama, Hillary Clinton, who cares?

I've noticed that whenever I post a negative comment about Trump, his supporters respond with a negative comment about either Hillary or Obama. For better or worse, both these politicians are no longer part of the political scene. Personally, I believe that Obama was a good president that made mistakes from time to time. Quoting the comedian Louis Black, Hillary had so much s**t thrown at her that she couldn't get rid of the smell. He is absolutely correct. She was accused falsely of everything from fraud to murder, all without any foundation outside u-tube and/or Fox news.
What either of these Democrats were or were not has nothing to do with Donald Trump. He is in a category all by himself. Those of you that have read my posts and responses to others posts know my opinion about Trump. Please don't tell me about Nancy, Hillary or Obama. Give me a response as to why you think I'm wrong or why Trump is a good POTUS and his behavior acceptable.

Gee, for one thing Obama and Hillary are NOT out of the political scene. Hillary won't shut up. Obama literally followed President Trump all over the world to criticize and offer "his take" on things even though he was no longer president. And the corruption and abuse of power that is starting to surface about Hillary and Obama NEEDS to be completely investigated. Or do you think that if you're a Democrat or your name is Clinton or Obama you are above the law?

Obama and Hillary Clinton are not running for anything as far as I know. Obama can't run for President anymore. If he could, he would be reelected in a heartbeat. Hillary has had enough of having mud thrown at her with no basis for any of it at all, just Limbaugh sponsored character assignation. Remember she was investigated and grilled by a Republican congress eight or nine times, and nothing criminal was found. It's a pity that Putin got Trump elected. We may have gotten better child care and maternity leave for working moms and better health care like the rest of the civilized world. We may even have gotten a more humble Putin.

Now really, you don't have to run for office to be heavily involved, or influential in politics.

Ricktlom, True. As leading politicians in the Democratic Party, they have a right and even responsibility to share what they have learned about being elected . I haven't heard much about what Obama is or isn't saying on the evening news report or in newspapers. Hillary Clinton seems to be bitter about losing the e******n. She does talk about that, but not so much about her political views. Neither of them is perfect, and I had serious disagreements on some issues with both.
I for one, very rarely listen to other politicians about who to v**e for. I listen to the candidates and make up my own mind. That was easy in the last p**********l e******n. Trump's positions, comments and lack of values was easy to see. I made up my mind to give him a chance, and not make any judgements until he assumed office for at least six months. He never gave me a chance. His unp**********l conduct made itself obvious from the first day of his presidency and has gotten worse ever since!

Then if Hillary and Obama have every right to comment and "share" their views, then Americans even those right here on OPP have every right, and the responsibility to point out corruption and abuse of power and express THEIR opinions about these two, and the left in general and particular. This IS a political forum.
