Downsize the Size of the Swamp
How to do that? The Framers of the Constitution addressed this issue, and solved it.
George Washington, 1796 did his Farewell from the Presidency. He warned us that, if the “Constitutional Spheres” were usurped or blurred then the freedoms of the people would suffer, as they are today.
T Jefferson reminded J Madison (Sept 1789) that they had given the Power to Spend to the Executive and the Power to Pay to the Congress. The separation is supposed to be stark. It has been blurred.
The freedoms of the People are diminished.
Call upon the Court to put the President back in charge of staying on budget, and force the Congressional Politicians to decide what the Government should do and put money together with their Orders to the Executive Branch.
See the two Spheres of Power listed in Article One; Section 7.

That area known as Foggy Bottom, in the District of Columbia and in current usage its environs as well. A 100 megaton nuclear device should clear everything out to Gaithersburg Maryland and that should do the trick nicely. Or as a minimum, everything below the beltway.

I define the Swamp as the bad stuff that happens in DC. The way they rip off the tax payer, the way crones block others from entry, and the ripping down of wh**ever was built previously.

My Daddy observed that a small nuclear device dropped in the ocean about one hundred miles off the coast would flood the entire coast line. That would improve lower Manhattan.

Two bursts timed so that the first raises a huge wave and the second drives it inland. A thirty meter high wave should flush the NYC toilet nicely.
