Why not give Trump money to build the wall? Having won he's entitled to getting something of what he wants.

A good number of people agreed with him and gave them their v**e. Other than it being a waste of money, maybe, let him have it. It may work.

Chocura, The wall he proposes will cost a few billion dollars. Why not spend that money on restoring the health benefits for our seniors, or giving some money to our failing school systems?

He did not promise a wall he promised a wall that Mexico would buy, they told Trump to pound sand no Pesos no wall.

Lucky none of those Mexicans have sk**ls in the building trades or they would have experience with ladders, scaffolding and lifts and climbing equipment.

Personally I don't think it will work and the money could be better spent, but on this matter I'd let Trump have his trinket. What's another billion dollars wasted? It was a big part of his campaign and the wall and itw's cost won't croak the Republic, so I'd let it be done. There are so many other things to oppose him on that are more serious, such as his climate actions and destruction of Obamacare, but I don't see how building the wall will damage people directly like taking away their health care. I wouldn't oppose the wall's construction.

If cons want a wall then they can set up a 'go fund me' page. Hell, what good is a billionaire president if he can't fork over some cash and pay for what he wants? After he built it he could sell advertising spaces on it and get even richer by building it...
