Omg be ready to get pissed off. Thomas Paine & Michael McKibben found some hard to find (and decipher) documentation of what most of us have never heard of.
A government organization of HIGH LEVEL positions with super authority called the Senior Executive Services (SES).

Sicilianthing, Although I have never worked for the federal government outside of the time I spent in Uncle's navy, I lived in the Washington, DC area for over three decades. I have come to know several members of the senior people that you are posting about. The few I have come to call my friends, are without exception, dedicated and talented administrators and workers, of the federal service. They are amazing folks that work tirelessly to see that our federal government operates smoothly and efficiently.

I'm sort of wondering if this isn't sort of a reverse misleader on a story I caught last week that we will be seeing more on. I'm trying to think where I saw it, I thought it was The Hill. It's on a little paragraph that was changed in a bill on homeland security/immigration that limited the ability for the president to have a hit squad (really). It was authorized during the Bush admin, but supposedly never used, blocked by Obama, and reauthorized recently. Eric Prince was pushing to allow these broad powers and the funding for a hidden unit that could take out terrorist and other entities without oversight.
