I wish they would just shut this corrupt operation down. How many American lives have been ruined because of their sloppy negligence!!

IRS documented 1.3M cases of identity thefts by i*****l a***ns, can’t confirm single prosecution

A sympathetic media rarely reports on the negative impact i*****l i*********n has on the United States, to include criminal behavior, but is the U.S. government doing its part to stop the crime?

The Internal Revenue Service may not be, according to a CNS News investigation.

The online news outlet reported that in a five year period, 2011 through 2016, more than 1.3 million cases of identity theft were documented by the IRS involving i*****l a***ns who had been issued Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers.

An ITIN is a tax processing number for certain nonresident and resident aliens, their spouses, and dependents who cannot get a Social Security number, according to the IRS website.

When asked by CNS News how many of the 1.3 million documented cases had been referred for criminal prosecution, the agency couldn’t say if it had referred even one of these cases.

But that’s not the worst of it.

The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), which oversees the IRS, discovered approximately 1.2 million cases in 2017 alone of an i*****l a***n working in the U.S. who had filed a tax return reporting wages earned while using a Social Security Number that belonged to someone else or was fabricated, CNS News reported.

In either case, it would constitute a felony, according to the Social Security Act.

US President Donald Trump ended an amnesty protecting 800,000 people brought to the US illegally as minors from deportation. "I am here today to announce that the program known as DACA that was effectuated under the Obama Administration is being rescinded," US Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced. (FREDERIC J. BROWN/AFP/Getty Images)" data-cfsrc="http://www.bizpacreview.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/lazy-images/images/1x1.t***s.gif" alt="" w60"

Again, the IRS also could not say whether it referred any of these cases for criminal prosecution.

And Americans wonder why there are anywhere from 12-20 i*****l i*******ts now in the country?

The real victims here being American citizens.

“Employment identity theft can cause a significant burden to innocent taxpayers, including the incorrect computation of taxes based on income that does not belong to them,” TIGTA said in a report released last month.

The numbers of these cases were cited in the TIGTA report released last month. It was entitled, “Most Employment Identity Theft Victims Have Not Been Notified That Their Identities Are Being Used by Others for Employment.”

In the approximately 1.3 million cases, TIGTA said the IRS had placed a “marker” on the accounts of taxpayers whose identities the IRS believed had been stolen. In the approximately 1.2 million cases, TIGTA itself discovered the misuse of Social Security Numbers by ITIN holders by reviewing IRS records.

The IRS began issuing ITINs in 1996 to provide foreign nationals who have a tax liability an identification number to use when filing tax returns, although the chief counsel of the IRS determined that the foreign nationals living inside the U.S. who qualify are in fact i*****l a***ns.

In effect, the IRS has embraced a policy to “‘legalize’ i*****l a***ns” that “increases the potential for fraud,” the TIGTA warned in a 1999 report, according to CNS News.

The Great Wall of Trump. It will be a mother beautiful wall and it's gonna be there, one day. I want restaurant guard towers and fishing moats. Heck if you stock those moats with bass, the fishermen in their bass boats will be more than enough security.

The IDENTIFY THIEF have massively multiplied for the last 8 years of Obama. One of the reasons why the new tax bill REMOVED the PERSONAL EXEMPTIONS? Mexicans, and Latinos claimed so many dependents in their tax return who were not qualified as dependents. At the end of the year, when their tax returns filed, they RECEIVED BACK all their withheld taxes from their payroll. The IRS refunded the money to them. Therefore they ended up paying NO TAXES AT ALL. I*****l a***ns in the US have lucrative business defrauding the Federal Government. Amount of annual defraud? $4.6 billion.

In 2010 my mother-in-law hired and paid a Caregiver to help her in the household. The Caregiver given to her was a Hispanic woman. After about a year, mother lost her Social Security Card from her wallet, her jewelries, and the Caregiver did not report. She could not be found. It was suspected that the Caregiving Company, did not check whether she was i*****l a***n.

In my opinion, giving these foreign i******s an official ID card was a prime example ov pur government agencies doing wh**ever they want to do with no oversight. Why are non-citizens given any kind of official number? If they are working a proper job and the employer is abiding by the laws, then income taxes, SS/Medicare, unemployment, etc, are withheld from their paychecks. Filing income tax allows them big refunds and illegal families with anchor babies are a prime example. Their refunds are greater than any taxes paid due to the exemption for each child. These things should not be allowed. But, congress's tax bill includes allowing these families to file taxes and claim the child credits. Nothing is ever going to improve related to immigration for our country as long as we have congresses that cater to foreigners, especially i******s, over citizens. But, Congress does pays no attention to we ordinary citizens no matter how many calls, emails or letters we send them. Obviously, they only hear the loud voices of the progressives and the demands of the i******s waving the f**gs of their country.

Obama's 2 terms were up. Trump had nothing to do with that. I beg to differ that Obama is gone. He is alive and well and ingrained in the Deep State that is beginning to crumble. Obama's time is coming and it won't be good.
