Unconstitutional acts by the legislative and executive branches

I believe it is against our, democratic republic, form of government for these two branches of government (leg & exec) to engage in actions that are obviously unconstitutional such as: the treaty by the U.N. on private and personal ownership of guns/arms; to let the states decide; how a national e******n such as for President, how the legal method for such will be determined ( the USA p**********l e******n won't meet the guidelines required by the elite of third world countries e******ns).

This is not a states rights issue.

Someone such as Ross Perot with the money to do so and no personal ax to grind should finance a national constitutional convention.

The thieves are not going to help you to convict themselves. I think Perot got 5% of the v**e. I don't believe the v**ers will elect any one but the establishment republicans and democrats. America is doomed.

I sympathize with you Alex. But we began to lose our republic in 1860 when Lincoln attacked the south who legally separated themselves from the union and we have been losing more every e******n. In 1913 the government established the federal reserve bank, the most crooked organization ever devised. Things really went faster downhill after that. This all culminated in Bush's so called NSA which is taking away most of the freedoms supposedly protected by our constitution. Obama then added among other things "OBAMCARE" which might be the final surrender of all our rights to tyranny.

We haven't had any 'real rights' since that lying criminal obulls**t took office. That "I have a pen and a phone" business was a slap in the face of every American. The Obummercare is nothing more than another illegal tax to make up a small portion of the money his administration has simply pissed away on amnesty for i******s (who will never v**e for him anyway, his outrageously expensive vacations and oh--let's don't forget the staggering national debt which will never be paid off.
The only thing that just might save our country now (maybe)would be his impeachment and imprisonment. He is a curse and a plague on America

if you compare the NSA that Bush passed and the a******n obozo passed under the same name you won't recognize them as the same law
