He put only a small number of the sanctions passed by congress into effect. He is handling Putin’s with velvet gloves and did just a pittance to avoid scrutiny. Trump is letting his staff quietly scold Putin when he should be hitting him between the eyes with a hammer.

Your mighty hero Obama bent over backwards for Vlad. He was warned and did little about Russian meddling. If Hillary had not lost Vlad and Barry would still be besties. Obama removed the Bush missile shield fro Eastern Europe and then allowed Vlad to obtain 20 % of American Uranium capacity. Compared to Obama and Hillary, Trump is Vlad's worst nightmare.
